Cancellations

At RaNa Trends LLC, we value your orders and strive to process them quickly. Please review our cancellation terms below:
Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer support team.
  • Once an order has been processed, shipped, or customized, it cannot be cancelled.

 Custom & Altered Orders

Custom-made, resized, or altered items cannot be cancelled once work has begun, as they are made exclusively for you.

 Refund for Cancellations

  1. If your cancellation request is approved within the eligible time frame, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
  2. For orders with free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund if the order has already been packed or shipped.

Store Policy

  • RaNa Trends LLC reserves the right to decline or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or other unforeseen reasons. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

Returns

However, if an unexpected situation arises and a return is necessary, the following terms will apply for a mutually agreed return:

  • If your order arrives damaged or different from what you placed, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Kindly retain all packaging materials along with the product until the matter is resolved.
  • Once you reach out, our team will guide you through the return process step by step.

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Special/Custom Orders
  • Resized items made to fit your measurements
  • Any item altered upon request
  • Clearance or Final Sale items
  • Discounted/Offer-based purchases
  • Custom-stitched clothing (including pre-stitched sarees or sarees with custom blouses)

Important Notes:

Returns must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving your shipment (if return is eligible).

  • We do not accept returns/exchanges based on personal preference (“did not like the product”).
  • Any complaints regarding damage, stains, stitching, or defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. We may request supporting photos for review.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition with tags intact. Returns without tags will not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • For orders with free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
  • Customs duties, taxes, or fees (domestic or international) are non-refundable as they are governed by respective countries.


Exchanges

 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email.
  • We will confirm whether your refund has been approved or declined.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Partial Refunds or Rejections
In certain cases, we may issue only a partial refund or decline the return. The percentage refunded will be determined at our sole discretion. Examples include:

  • Items showing obvious signs of use
  • Items not in their original condition
  • Returns postmarked more than 5 days after delivery
  • Items purchased during a sale, promotion, or discount event
  • Items without visible damage or defect (we reserve the right to inspect and determine if an item is defective; clear photos must be provided before sending it back)
